Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, packaging, and carrier handoff. It does not include transit time.

During product launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly. If that happens, customers are informed proactively.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Any free shipping offers are promotional and time-bound. They can be modified or discontinued without notice.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are as follows:

Canada:

  • Standard shipping: 1–7 business days

United States:

  • Standard shipping: 3–10 business days

Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or force majeure events may alter the above mentioned estimates.

Tracking Information

Once an order ships, a tracking number is emailed automatically.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Customers outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Prime Renders is not liable for theft or loss.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with the following:

  • Clear photos of the issue

Claims submitted without adequate documentation may be denied.
