Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
Address Accuracy

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Prime Renders is not liable for theft or loss.
